Sea Cadets 9-1-1 Division Performs Color Guard at Chief Engineman Robby Brown's Navy Retirement

On October 25, 2024, the Sea Cadets 9-1-1 Division had the honor of performing the Color Guard for Chief Engineman Robby Brown’s Navy retirement ceremony, held at the iconic Cubby Bear next to Wrigley Field. Chief Engineman Brown's remarkable career in the U.S. Navy was celebrated in a setting as vibrant as his service has been, surrounded by family, friends, and fellow service members who gathered to pay tribute to his years of dedication and sacrifice.

Our cadets were proud to be part of this meaningful occasion, presenting the colors with the precision, respect, and discipline that reflect the highest standards of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. In a moment that was both patriotic and personal, they honored Chief Brown’s legacy and symbolized the commitment to service that he upheld throughout his career.

As Chief Brown embarks on his next chapter, we wish him fair winds and following seas. It was an unforgettable experience for the Sea Cadets to be involved in his retirement ceremony, marking a milestone for a respected leader and role model. The cadets left inspired, knowing that through service and dedication, they, too, can one day make a lasting impact.
